Ryan is Founder and CEO of IncludeFitness, a digital health & wellness company transforming physical medicine, rehabilitation and wellness to improve outcomes while lowering barriers & costs. Ryan has received 20+ international design, innovation and health awards with over 10 years of experience in the sporting goods, medical, housewares, industrial, and consumer electronics industries. In 2016, has was recognized as a 'Healthcare Hero' and was in the 40 under 40 class of 2017 by the Cincinnati Business Courier.

Brooke Paul, Taivara

Brooke is a serial entrepreneur and corporate intrapreneur with more than 20 years of senior executive leadership ranging from green-field startups to Fortune 500 companies.  He has worked in technology and innovation for Reed-Elsevier, Allstate, Lexis-Nexis, and American Financial Group.  Brooke has founded, built, and successfully exited startups in the Internet, cyber-security, and hospitality industries.  He currently leads Taivara to bring the lean and nimble product management practices used by startups and venture capitalists to enterprise customers.

Pam Springer, ORIS Intelligence

As president and CEO of ORIS Intelligence, Springer is focused on the strategic growth of the company in support of its mission to help manufacturers protect their brands online. Pam is a veteran executive with more than 20 years of experience growing tech-based companies – including raising over $53M in funding, re-starts and IPOs. She has been recognized as one of the “13 Powerful Women Running Today’s Biggest Startups” by Business Insider and built Manta Media into one of the largest communities for small business and one of the most trafficked websites in the U.S. 

Pam earned a business degree from Franklin University, graduating summa cum laude, where she now serves on the Board of Trustees. She also played on the Oakland University basketball team the year they made it to the NCAA Division II Final Four. When she’s not working, Pam is an avid sports fan, outdoor enthusiast, and piano player, and recently summited Mt. Kilimanjaro

Yiem Sunbanich, TNEDICCA®

Yiem Sunbhanich is a co-founder and CEO of TNEDICCA® (pronounce /ti -ˈneɪ- dɪk- kə/). The company’s mission is to improve traffic safety through the use of Data & Analytics.

Prior to co-founding TNEDICCA®, Yiem had spent 14 years analyzing data and leading analytics teams in Information Service, Insurance, and Automotive industries. The essence of his roles and responsibilities has been around helping companies to more effectively utilize available data to make informed decisions and to take appropriate actions.

Warner Moore , Independent Executive Consultant and Startup Advisor

Warner Moore is a driven technology leader and architect with a background in web operations and information security. He has focused his career in working with high growth organizations where technology is their business and product.

Within these organizations, Warner has an accomplished record of building successful security programs and high performing technology teams. Currently, Warner's acting as an independent Executive Consultant and a Startup Advisor.

Brett Buchanan, The Gap

Brett Buchanan is an experienced and proven product leader. Over the past decade, Brett has incepted and cultivated cutting-edge retail products. He also holds a passion for creating organizational processes, culture and structure that lead to exceptional innovation inside enterprises. 

Currently, he is Director of Product Management for Gap, Inc. where he leads the Payment product experiences across Retail and Online channels. Previously, Brett hired, developed and retained a team of product managers at Abercrombie & Fitch focusing on the Digital e-Commerce experience. Brett holds an MBA from Ohio University School of Business and Bachelors in Finance from the University of Dayton.

Jim Canterucci, Constituent Hub and Transition Management Advisors

Jim Canterucci is the author of Personal Brilliance is the founder and CEO of Constituent Hub and Transition Management Advisors. Jim works with leaders to implement innovation, lead the resulting change, and increase adoption and strategy realization. 

Steven Davidson II, Ascena Retail Group Inc.

Steven is a dedicated IT professional with a consistent record of efficient problem resolution. He is proficient in the design and development of systems to aid in achieving business transformation goals, as well as an effective communicator who adeptly converses with technical, non-technical, and C-level audiences. Steven is experienced in full life-cycle delivery management (Waterfall and Agile Methodologies), application design and development, business transformation, system conversions, end-user training, and mentoring of Project / Program Managers. 

Steven is Senior Manager, IT PMO Office at Ascena Retail Group Inc. He has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies. He is certified in ITIL v3 and is a Certified Scrum Master and Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant and has been working in IT for over 17 years and in varying Agile roles for over 12 years.

Ryan Frederick, AWH

Ryan has had the privilege of being part of several startups and growth companies. He has helped companies grow from inception, to viability, through to sustainability. During the evolution of these companies, Ryan as served on company boards and been instrumental in capitalization activities. He has also helped companies to expand to international markets. Ryan brings a unique blend of business acumen and technical knowledge to help companies and clients achieve their objectives. 

He now helps companies of all sizes build great products and become better product companies. Ryan is a principal at AWH, director for Startup Grind Columbus, chairman at i.c.stars|*COLUMBUS,  co-founder of <BLK hack>, and leader of ProductTank Columbus.

Michelle Gilboy, Summa Technologies

Michelle is a software product development professional with over 18 years of diverse process, project and leadership experience. She’s passionate about delivering high-quality solutions using Agile and Lean principles and practices.  Michelle is a hands-on change agent committed to delivering value and business operations that really make a difference.   

As a Transformation Consultant with Summa Technologies, Michelle works side by side with clients to help them adopt new habits that transform their way of delivering value into the world.  She is a SAFe Program Consultant and CSPO, CSM and PMP certified.

Daniel Greenleaf, ICC

Daniel is a Lean and Agile Coach whose primary focus is delivering business value to customers. He leverages his understanding of both business and IT to help organizations improve their processes and collaboration to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

He helps organize many of the Lean and Agile events in central Ohio including The Path to Agility, Lean Into Agile, Lean Lunchbox, and COHAA events. Daniel will work with stakeholders of your project to ensure we are building the right product the right way as efficiently as possible.

Laura Jackson, Cardinal Solutions Group

Laura is a Product Owner Consultant at Cardinal Solutions' Columbus office. With her previous background in project management, user experience and content marketing, she has found her passion in delivering valuable products users crave.   

Outside of her duties at Cardinal Solutions, she is a co-organizer for Columbus Web Group and Columbus Product Club and serves as a professional advisor for The Ohio State University's PRSSA Chapter and Student-Run PR Firm. She is also a Certified Professional Scrum Master and Professional Product Owner through

Andrea is a Product Owner at CAS, a solutions provider for science in Columbus, OH.  In her role, she has developed a passion for facilitative approaches to product leadership.  She has more than 5 years of experience applying participatory and facilitative techniques in business settings, classrooms, and beyond.  

Wendy Jacobs, AEP

Wendy is an Agile Coach and Product Owner with AEP. She has over 18 years of product development experience, specifically in product management. Her current focus is on coaching all levels of product owners and management on how to maximize the business value delivered. 

Wendy is passionate about mentoring others in Agility, product ownership and product management, as well as delivering training courses and presenting at conferences and meetups.

Anna Klatt, CoverMyMeds

Anna is a User Experience Researcher at CoverMyMeds, where she supports product teams with ongoing behavioral and attitudinal research on core products. She holds a MBA with a specialization in Innovation & Design Strategy from The Ohio State University and BA in Psychology from Denison University.

Brian Lantz, Cardinal Solutions Group

Brian is a Business Analyst in Cardinal Solution's Columbus office with experience spanning from working as a member of small Scrum teams to leading requirements analysis and management efforts on projects for Fortune 100 clients. He is committed, through strong technical, organization, and interpersonal skills, to delivering quality software.

Nate is an Agile Coach at CoverMyMeds and has been developing software and building software teams for more than 15 years. His focus is on helping build happy teams which delight customers with valuable software. 

Super Mishra, Buffer

Suprasanna (Super) is a Product Manager at Buffer, a social media management company serving 5MM+ users at about $15MM ARR. He focuses on the core web product at Buffer and works remotely with a team from around the world.

Prior to Buffer, Super was a co-founder at Capstory,  a startup building interactive brand experiences at events for companies large and small.

Nathan Vega, Columbus Collaboratory

Nathan, a career technologist, left IBM after 15 years to join Columbus Collaboratory in 2016 to lead the product and business development practice.  His responsibilities include new product development and go-to-market for cybersecurity and advanced analytics.

He joined the Collaboratory team after being a market manager and strategist for the Watson Platform. In this role, he was a leader in defining the Watson Ecosystem and the Watson Developer Cloud, the outcomes of which defined a partner engagement process and first-of-a-kind cognitive cloud platform that will power an era of cognitive applications built by IBM partners.

Elizabeth Tolia, ICC

Elizabeth is Sr. Director of Operations at the Fawcett Center at The Ohio State University (OSU) where she leads a team that delivers over 2,000 events a year.  Additionally Elizabeth acts as Product Manager for multiple initiatives including building a new online reservation system and online a POS replacement system.  Previously Elizabeth has managed projects, including opening a new Starbucks.  Elizabeth attributes the success of her teams to applying Agile thinking and approaches.  Over time, Elizabeth has become an expert at applying Agile outside of the technology space.  In her free time Elizabeth enjoys coaching her son and daughters sports teams.  Elizabeth is also active in the Agile community, as the Agile Lunchbox Secretary, Columbus Women in Tech director, Agile and Drinks facilitator, and a volunteer with the lift product summit.
